Go to online version of a document.
To find music duplicates on your disks and remove them, do the following steps or use the Wizard inspector.
- Use Manage Library inspector (button
), to select folders with music files. Use button
for folder selection. At the end press
to start a scanner, extractor and matcher processes.

Notes:
- If you want to stop the processes, press
. (See Running Audio Matcher).
- If you want to change the matcher strategy, use Matcher Strategy inspector (button
). Press
to continue the execution. (See Matcher Strategy.)
- Groups of matched duplicates will appear in one of two result tables; in table with more reliable duplicates and in table with distrusted groups. Decision which duplicates are distrusted is based on max. song-time difference (in seconds) and can be configured in Filter Results inspector (button
). (See Filtering Results.)
Notes:
- To listen to song just double-click on song's row or use a contextual (right-click) menu.
- To explore the song's directory, select the row and press letter 'e' on a keyboard or use a contextual (right-click) menu.
- Songs that are not checked in column X will not be removed. You can manually change which rows are checked and which are not or you can use one of predefined selection operations (button

- To memorize the achieved knowledge of processed music, open Music Library inspector (
) and edit the column Memorize in table of library folders. To save memorized data to disk, use button
. Memorized information is automatically retrieved next time the matcher is started and significantly improves the speed of successive runs.
- To remove the duplicates from the original position to trash folder, open Remove Duplicates inspector (
) . To change the trash folder, use button
, to explore the trash folder use button
